Margins, images, headers and page numbers

Unlabelled layers keep their positions from the layout. For paragraphs that reflow as you edit, put text in a [FLOW] frame and start layer names with H1:, P:, UL: or OL:. Name table frames [TABLE] and mark working layers [IGNORE].
